1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any Vidara product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
2. Accounts
Each Vidara product runs its own portal with its own accounts. Your login for one product does not grant access to another. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Vidara to post unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading content; to impersonate others; to scrape or resell data; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans renew yearly; either can be cancelled before the next renewal date. Prices shown include applicable taxes. Free trials are limited to one per account.
5. Your content
You own the profile information, CVs, and job postings you enter. You grant Vidara the limited licence needed to store, process, and display them within the products you use. We do not sell your data.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Vidara available and correct, but the products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. You may delete your account at any time by writing to us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
