1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), the profile information you enter (experience, education, skills, certifications, projects), CV files you upload, and job postings and application records you create. We do not collect data we do not need.
2. How we use it
To provide the products: store your profile, generate your resumes, show your applications, run employer pipelines, and process subscriptions. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers. Your profile is visible to employers only through your applications.
3. Portals are separate
Each Vidara product keeps its own accounts and its own data. Logging into one product gives you access only to that product.
4. Security
Data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level access controls on every table. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
5. Your rights
You can view, correct, and delete your data from within the products. You can also write to us from your account email to request access, correction, export, or deletion, and we will act within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use only cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and secure. No advertising or tracking cookies.
